Requirements

  • Experience with strategic technology delivery and full-stack engineering experience modernizing platforms using Java / APIs / messaging / rules-based / event‑driven architecture
  • Experience building lightweight operational UIs / dashboards for intraday monitoring, exceptions, and approvals to real‑time data quality
  • Confirmed ability to drive automation to drive operational efficiency
  • Act as a change agent by leveraging GenAI tools and frameworks to accelerate our innovation agenda
  • Comfortable working with modern tech stacks (Java, APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures, React), DevOps tooling (GitLab, Jenkins), data models, enrichment, reconciliation feeds, lineage, and application monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, ESaas)
  • Considerable understanding of intraday liquidity management with the ability to translate business risk and regulatory needs into clear technical outcomes
  • Ability to embed operational risk, controls, and resilience requirements directly into product design and prioritization decisions
  • Actively monitors emerging technology trends (e.g., AI‑assisted decisioning, optimization engines)
  • Experience as practitioner of Agile based software development practices
