You will lead a core domain of our Product Platform and shape the foundation that multiple product teams build on every day. The platform provides shared capabilities, services, and APIs used across products, squads, and business-critical journeys. In this role, you turn platform complexity into leverage. You reduce duplication, improve reliability, and help teams ship faster by making shared capabilities easy to discover, easy to adopt, and hard to misuse. Your work will have direct impact on delivery speed, engineering quality, and the scalability of our product ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
own a strategic platform Squad end-to-end, from problem framing and product strategy to roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes
partner closely with engineers and product squads to identify recurring pain points, integration friction, and scaling bottlenecks, and turn them into reusable platform capabilities
drive adoption of platform products through strong usability, clear interfaces, documentation, onboarding, and self-serve tooling
align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared standards, priorities, dependencies, and rollout plans to enable consistent delivery
work with engineering to define stable interfaces, lifecycle rules, versioning approaches, and deprecation paths that keep the ecosystem healthy over time
build and improve golden paths that reduce time-to-integrate and help teams move faster with more confidence
define and track the right success metrics, including adoption, reliability, platform usage, integration effort, and incident trends
use AI pragmatically in discovery, decision-making, and execution to improve speed and quality where it creates real value
write clear PRDs, decision documents, and stakeholder updates that create alignment, momentum, and clarity across teams
Requirements:
6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex and technical product areas
strong experience in platform, infrastructure-adjacent, developer-facing, or similarly technical domains
solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals including service interactions and common failure modes
practical experience with API product thinking, including interface design, lifecycle management, versioning, and deprecation
strong product judgment in prioritization, outcome focus, and trade-off decisions
proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across multiple teams in fast-moving environments
excellent communication skills with the ability to create clarity across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
a pragmatic approach to AI, with a clear sense for where it drives meaningful value versus noise
Nice to have:
experience in experimentation, personalization, content platforms, subscription products, or large-scale analytics
familiarity with platform operating models, reliability targets, and SLO-based thinking
What we offer:
trainings and learning lunches
tech conferences
a budget for workshops
flexible working hours
free breakfast snack
free lunch in canteens
30 days vacation plus 10 days working from abroad
free choice of top-notch office equipment (also for your remote work space and possibility of private usage)
