The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted IT consultant and point of contact for all Loyalty-related topics across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business colleagues to clarify technical topics, acting as translator between business needs and IT capabilities
  • Take full IT ownership of all loyalty‑related processes
  • Know best the technical capabilities and limitations of our SAAS loyalty engine “Talon.One” and integrations to assess the feasibility of new business requirements and manage their technical implementation. You design consistent technical integration concepts and coordinate successful implementation
  • Manage, coach, and develop your product team colleagues, considering resources, capabilities, projects, prioritization and external partners
  • Strong commitment to producing clear, well-structured, and coherent documentation, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting the scalability and maintainability of our technology solutions
  • Serve as a strategic and technological partner for stakeholders across business and IT

Requirements

  • Strong expertise and passion for customer loyalty and customer experience, paired with a customer‑centric and innovative mindset
  • Experience with API-based integration patterns
  • Ideally, experience with loyalty management platforms and reward systems
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Proven experience in project or product team leadership, ideally within digital transformation environments
  • Effective cross‑functional networking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align diverse perspectives
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or similar role
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
