Job Description

The Senior Technical Product Manager – Digital is responsible for delivering high-value digital solutions that improve veterinary clinic workflows and overall customer experience. This role partners closely with Product Management to translate product strategy and vision into clear, actionable work for development teams. By managing and prioritizing the product backlog, the TPM ensures alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and business objectives. The role also leads stakeholder engagement, drives Agile execution, and ensures consistency and quality across digital product experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering high-value digital solutions that improve veterinary clinic workflows and overall customer experience
  • Translating product strategy and vision into clear, actionable work for development teams
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Leading stakeholder engagement, driving Agile execution, and ensuring consistency and quality across digital product experiences
  • Defining and refining product user stories and backlog items
  • Analyzing preferences and requests of end users
  • Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Setting sprint goals, following progress of work and addressing issues during sprints
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including executive leadership, commercial, support teams, and software engineering
  • Managing expectations and negotiating priorities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Fostering a collaborative environment
  • Participating in stand-ups, refinement sessions, and demos
  • Organizing and facilitating usability sessions, beta or other Voice of customer research, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience
  • 5-7 years Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
  • Agile trained and experienced
  • Azure Dev. Ops proficient
  • General knowledge/experience in the healthcare and diagnostic industries
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, including development, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and forecasting
  • Solid reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues and perform prioritization exercises
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Veterinary clinical or diagnostics experience preferred, but not required
