Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Senior Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Target to lead digital personalization and experimentation initiatives. This role is focused on execution—owning the day-to-day implementation of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized guest experiences. This is not a strategy-only or presentation-heavy role. The ideal candidate thrives in a technical environment, enjoys working directly within tools, and is eager to expand their skillset across Adobe Experience Cloud products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing digital experiences in a hands-on capacity while continuing to grow within a dynamic and evolving technology environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure, launch, and manage Adobe Target activities, including A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), automated personalization, and recommendations
  • Implement and manage personalized user journeys and campaigns
  • Build and deploy audience-based experiences using profile scripts and segmentation strategies
  • Develop scalable frameworks for experimentation and personalization programs
  • Stay current with platform updates and continuously introduce new capabilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Target and personalization tools
  • Work hands-on with code and technical configurations to execute tests and experiences
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure proper integration with data layers, APIs, and customer data platforms
  • Partner with UX/UI, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define and execute personalization strategies
  • Align marketing campaigns with experimentation and personalization efforts
  • Foster strong working relationships to ensure smooth execution across teams
  • Analyze testing and personalization performance to generate insights
  • Track key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and lift
  • Continuously optimize based on data and user behavior
  • Guide stakeholders on best practices for experimentation and personalization
  • Support broader adoption of Adobe tools and capabilities across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on A/B testing and personalization
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer, including: Profile scripts, Audience segmentation, MBOX and customer attributes
  • Strong technical proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and debugging tools
  • Experience working with data layers, Web SDKs, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to read, understand, and work with code
  • Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and learn new technologies

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and tag management systems
  • Relevant Adobe certifications (Business Practitioner or Developer)
  • Exposure to data engineering workflows and front-end development practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
