  • Translate platform and architectural capabilities into concrete product features and clear customer value, working at significant technical depth (APIs, integrations, policy models, enforcement points, complex data flows)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Architecture, Platform, Field, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver usable, sustainable, and long-term solutions
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and contribute actively to roadmap and prioritization discussions
  • Engage closely with customers to validate requirements, use cases, and technical constraints, and support demos, workshops, and roadmap discussions where technical credibility is essential

Requirements

  • Academic background in Data Engineering, Information systems, Information security, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Product Management within Enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably focusing on platforms and security products
  • Strong technical background and experience working with platform products
  • Experience working closely with Engineering to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Highly communicative in English
  • Comfortable working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams and complex, fast-changing environments
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authorization, RBAC/ABAC, policy as code, and the PEP–PDP model is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical requirements is an advantage
  • Knowledge of APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products is highly valued
  • Experience with AI use cases and scaling is highly valued
  • Clear, confident, and analytical communicator
  • Structured, self-driven, and accountable
  • Curious, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Motivated by technical challenges and by creating real customer value
