Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the execution of strategically important initiatives within Axiomatics’ authorization platform in a hands-on, technically oriented role
  • Own the end-to-end execution of prioritized product areas, from requirements definition and technical alignment to delivery and follow-up
  • Lead complex initiatives by breaking them down into clear, structured, and deliverable steps, defining scope, milestones, and dependencies with Engineering and Architecture
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs in line with the roadmap and delivery capacity, ensuring realistic, transparent, and technically feasible commitments
  • Act as the primary product counterpart and Product Owner towards Engineering and Architecture, ensuring high-quality requirements, delivery readiness, and effective decision-making
  • Translate platform and architectural capabilities into concrete product features and clear customer value, working at significant technical depth (APIs, integrations, policy models, enforcement points, complex data flows)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Architecture, Platform, Field, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver usable, sustainable, and long-term solutions
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and contribute actively to roadmap and prioritization discussions
  • Engage closely with customers to validate requirements, use cases, and technical constraints, and support demos, workshops, and roadmap discussions where technical credibility is essential

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Data Engineering, Information systems, Information security, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Product Management within Enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably focusing on platforms and security products
  • Strong technical background and experience working with platform products
  • Experience working closely with Engineering to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Highly communicative in English
  • Comfortable working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams and complex, fast-changing environments
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authorization, RBAC/ABAC, policy as code, and the PEP–PDP model is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical requirements is an advantage
  • Knowledge of APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products is highly valued
  • Experience with AI use cases and scaling is highly valued
