We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team and contribute to our success by developing sophisticated pricing models and strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Playing a leading role in the development and enhancement of our pricing models
Contributing to the development of pricing structures and strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives
Ensuring technical components delivered meet Allianz Group Technical Excellence standards and enable our Pricing capabilities to become ‘certified’
Driving innovation and an increased sophistication into our Pricing approach, including managing projects to provide new insight through additional data sources
Sharing and promote knowledge, skills and best working practices within the team

Requirements:

Understand key processes, procedures and targets and is able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
Understand how own/the team’s work contributes to business performance and customer outcomes
Have strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Interpret rules and guidelines properly to support decisions
Have full working knowledge of tools appropriate to lines of business worked on (e.g. MS Excel, VBA and SAS (Enterprise Guide and/or Base), Willis Towers Watson Emblem, Classifier and Radar, Micro-strategy
Have relevant Underwriting Academy modules completed or working towards
Have experience in training and coaching junior team members in analysis and use of analysis software
