Job Description

As a Senior Technical Operator for automated lines, you play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of highly automated assembly, Labeling & Packing production systems within a GMP-regulated environment. You act as the technical expert on the line, supporting both operational excellence and team capability.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment
  • Perform set-ups and change-overs
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY)
  • Identify and escalate deviations where required in collaboration with quality and maintenance and support triage activities
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first point of contact for technical escalations
  • Analyze and interpret process data using SAP/MES systems
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Support, coach and train team members, strengthening overall line capability
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all production activities

Requirements

  • MBO+ or equivalent technical education
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments
  • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or trainer
  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and CI methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work in shifts
