Job Description:

Scale the effectiveness of our operational practice. As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll drive automation, improve systems observability, and guide processes that influence uptime, incident handling, and team maturity. You’ll also coach others and support cross-team improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead mid-scale automation and tooling improvements that reduce toil and increase reliability
Drive alerting strategies across environments for improved detection accuracy
Lead RCAs with multi-team involvement and propose systemic fixes
Create dashboards, service health reporting, and customer alignment tools
Redesign handover practices across regions/timezones to improve coverage speed and accuracy
Facilitate onboarding and lead knowledge-sharing workshops

Requirements:

Broad experience across operations, monitoring, and platform health
Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones
Deep familiarity with observability tooling and operational data analysis
Strong writing and collaboration skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor across levels
