Job Description:

Scale the effectiveness of our operational practice. As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll drive automation, improve systems observability, and guide processes that influence uptime, incident handling, and team maturity. You’ll also coach others and support cross-team improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead mid-scale automation and tooling improvements that reduce toil and increase reliability
  • Drive alerting strategies across environments for improved detection accuracy
  • Lead RCAs with multi-team involvement and propose systemic fixes
  • Create dashboards, service health reporting, and customer alignment tools
  • Redesign handover practices across regions/timezones to improve coverage speed and accuracy
  • Facilitate onboarding and lead knowledge-sharing workshops

Requirements:

  • Broad experience across operations, monitoring, and platform health
  • Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones
  • Deep familiarity with observability tooling and operational data analysis
  • Strong writing and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor across levels
