Job Description:

A leading education institution is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager for a 2-month contract to lead a strategic review and develop a technology support model for academic and research areas.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with academic and research teams to define technology support needs for digital teaching environments
Conduct a gap analysis with central ICT to assess on-ground support for specialist applications and spaces
Develop position descriptions for new technical support roles aligned to school needs
Review existing digital business processes and provide improvement recommendations

Requirements:

Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
Experience in higher education or complex technology environments
Ability to translate technical needs into strategic planning and documentation
Relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
Obtaining and maintaining a valid Victorian Working with Children Check is a mandatory requirement for employment
