The Senior Technical Lead at NTT DATA will support Medicaid Transformation initiatives and ongoing Operations and Maintenance efforts. This role requires a Master’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in Medicaid projects, with a strong focus on technical analysis and systems implementation. The candidate will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes and will be responsible for various aspects of the Software Implementation Lifecycle. The starting pay range for this remote role is $97,632-155,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in all aspects of the Software Implementation Lifecycle (SILC)
Work collaboratively with the project team
Provide oversight of vendor technical estimates
Build and sustain collaborative relationships with business and vendor partners
Support the analysis of systems and their integration points
Support the conversion of data needed to implement new modules
Support the analysis of current business processes including recommendations for improvements
Direct project leadership at the client’s request
Other duties as assigned by their manager
Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 12 years' experience supporting Medicaid projects in the health and human services arena
A minimum of 12 years' technical analysis experience working on large complex systems implementation and/or enhancement projects
A minimum of 10 years' experience supporting MMIS large scale application implementations
A minimum of 3 years in project/program management
Nice to have:
Detailed knowledge of TennCare system/business processes throughout the enterprise, including eligibility and MMIS
Strong technical knowledge of the TennCare MMIS interChange system database and structure
Strong business knowledge of TennCare policy
Ability to understand and navigate the political and organizational relationships between TennCare agencies
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
