We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of complex, cross-country programmes and projects within Network Strategy & Engineering. The individual will manage initiatives across multiple network domains, ensuring alignment with VOIS customer expectations and strategic priorities. This role involves working within a virtual, multicultural environment while driving governance, risk management, and seamless end‑to‑end delivery. It is ideal for someone with strong telecommunications knowledge, PM expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full lifecycle of major programmes and complex projects, from feasibility analysis to operational handover
Establish effective governance structures aligned with Market Delivery Managers and other stakeholders
Build, update, and maintain integrated programme and project plans
Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues proactively with relevant partners
Coordinate prioritisation of resources, budgets and technical experts
Deliver clear, customer‑centric communication to all stakeholders
Ensure all projects are accurately logged, reported and tracked using the NSE PM tool
Contribute to building and evolving PM managed services within DMaaS
Share knowledge, support new colleagues, and foster collaboration within the PM community
Step in to support team members and take ownership of additional programmes when needed
Requirements:
Experienced PM professional with 5+ years of project and process management in telecom networks
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and virtual team collaboration across diverse markets
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end network architecture across multiple domains
Technically proficient with experience in system integration, testing, service acceptance and operational transition
Analytical thinker with learning agility, sound decision-making, and strong communication abilities
University degree in telecommunications, computer science, or an equivalent field
Professional PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner)
Financial awareness and understanding of interdependencies across network platforms
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
