Job Description:

Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data Migration & Integration) - We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Business Analyst for a critical 3-month engagement supporting a major digital transformation program. This role is pivotal in modernizing a large-scale case management capability, transitioning away from legacy technologies to a cloud-based future state.

Job Responsibility:

  • Documenting detailed technical requirements for APIs and Connectors, including sequencing, triggers, and error management
  • Writing precise requirements for developers to code/configure middleware and integration products
  • Leading data migration initiatives from mainframe environments to cloud platforms
  • Performing field-level data mapping and defining data dictionaries, metadata, and integration rules
  • Working closely with Data Architects, technical teams, and external vendors to validate logic before implementation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience specifically documenting technical requirements for APIs and Connectors
  • Proven expertise in data mapping and transitioning data from legacy source systems into new data models
  • Proficiency in documenting via XLS, MS Word, Confluence, or similar products
  • Experience within complex, regulated environments such as government, insurance, or claims management

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with Middleware integration products like Mulesoft
