Job Description:

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will design and build out the Client Onboarding technology portfolio, enhance user operations with automation and integration, and deliver high-quality solutions in the shortest sustainable lead time. Candidates will manage project responsibilities, develop proposals, and handle User Acceptance Testing while collaborating with global teams.

Job Responsibility:

Work directly with Sales, Operations, Legal and Business partners as a liaison
Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities
Management of multiple projects and sub-tasks
Identify and communicate all key deliverables and milestones
Identify key project risks and manage to resolution or escalate
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and development teams
Present proposals and solutions to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Software Development Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working directly with multiple development teams and stakeholders across regions
Subject matter expertise in Client Onboarding would be an advantage
Strong PowerPoint, MIS skills, and project management skills
