One Works is looking for a talented Senior Technical Architect to join our Team in Milan. As an international design and consultancy firm, we believe in creating dynamic and sustainable places where people and communities can connect with their environment, and with each other. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee one or two large sparge scale projects managing the technical design of them effectively
  • An ability to manage the design and coordination of consultants
  • Technical ability to design components of a building EG facade
  • An ability to review detailed and construction drawings and mark them up with comments

Requirements

  • Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer
  • PIVA
  • Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations
  • Experience of more than 5 years of the detailed design phase of the project
  • International experience would be also of value
