Job Description: Senior Technical Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Global Delivery for HSO Germany). Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our HSO India team, specifically dedicated to supporting enterprise projects for HSO Germany. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between technical requirements and business solutions. You will not only design and develop high-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions but also provide architectural leadership, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the technical design of complex D365 CE solutions, including architecture definition, data modeling, and integration strategies
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications, focusing on the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and Legal industries
  • Define and enforce governance regarding Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment management
  • Hands-on development using Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas)
  • Implement complex integrations using Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and third-party APIs
  • Extend core functionalities ensuring high code quality and performance
  • Manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process
  • Configure and maintain build and release pipelines (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps
  • Enforce coding standards and conduct in-depth code reviews to mentor junior developers and ensure maintainable code
  • Work closely with HSO Germany consultants and clients to deliver high-quality services
  • Advise customers proactively on industry best practices and Microsoft roadmap updates
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, assisting with technical estimates and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, with at least 2+ years in an Architect or Tech Lead role
  • Deep expertise in D365 CE Customization, Configuration, and the Power Platform
  • Advanced proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, Client-side scripting, and PCF (Power Component Framework)
  • Strong experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
  • Solid experience with GIT version control and Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards)
  • Understanding of ETL processes (Azure Data Factory / SSIS) and data migration strategies
  • Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory for collaboration with German teams and international clients
  • Ability to guide junior team members and provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with business value
