The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for onsite management of Care Communications Solutions as outlined below. This position will work closely with the assigned hospital and Baxter teams in order to provide best in class service to our users. Baxter offers cutting edge mobile communication strategies to the country’s top healthcare providers. Our products support continuous efforts to improve patient care and increase caregiver productivity using the latest mobile devices. This is a full-time onsite role in Orange County, California.
Job Responsibility:
Develop deep expertise in the Care Communications solution, including technical architecture, product offerings, and support processes
Serve as the primary onsite subject matter expert for the assigned hospital, supporting adoption, satisfaction, retention, and renewal
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with end users and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point per SLA
Support Care Communications deployments through coordination, communication, provisioning, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Provide multi‑channel technical support and troubleshooting (onsite, phone, email, IM), including issue replication, log review, and documentation
Administer system and device management, including the Web Admin portal, directories, and smartphone MDM processes
Track, trend, and resolve issues while identifying process improvements and best practices to reduce escalations
Deliver training, support upgrades and testing, and assist with additional Voalte projects as needed, including required travel during onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience in healthcare or IT within a customer-facing role
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working with frontline nursing, physicians and point of care support services staff
Must have experience supporting and troubleshooting computer hardware and software in healthcare, preferably with nursing point-of-care solutions
General knowledge of systems integration workflow capabilities, requirements and protocols
General knowledge of wireless communication systems and protocols
Must possess adequate organizational skills to determine workload priorities and schedules with a service-oriented mindset
Self-driven and proactive in determining areas of need for increase satisfaction
