Your mission is to orchestrate the technical excellence of our partnerships. You act as the strategic bridge between Business, Clients, and Tech/Product teams. You will lead complex integrations from A to Z, resolve critical technical challenges, and structure our internal knowledge to scale our operations globally.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Technical Integration & Onboarding: End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the full lifecycle of technical integration for new clients, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and timelines
Expert Guidance: Act as the technical authority during client meetings, translating complex Adtech specifications into clear, actionable steps for publishers
Performance Monitoring: Ensure precise monitoring during trial periods, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee immediate ROI and client satisfaction
Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Problem Resolution: Analyze and quickly resolve technical incidents (configuration errors, display bugs, cumulative layout shift, etc.) without immediate reliance on developers
Bug Qualification: Qualify, reproduce, and accurately document complex unresolved issues to transfer actionable data to the R&D teams
Technical Auditing & Solution Design: Environment Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits of prospects' existing technical stacks (websites, apps, JS frameworks) to identify integration challenges and growth opportunities
Feasibility Studies: Validate the technical compatibility of our solutions with the client's ecosystem before launch
Process Optimization & Knowledge Building: Documentation: Leverage encountered use cases to write documentation and "Playbooks," building a robust internal knowledge base
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the team's workflow and implement reliable processes to streamline operations
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering
Strong background in Adtech (SSP, DSP, Programmatic partnerships) is highly preferred
A formal technical education (CS degree, engineering school) or equivalent rigorous technical training is required
Web Technologies: Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and deep familiarity with browser debugging tools (Chrome DevTools)
Web Performance: Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals (CLS, LCP, FID) and their direct impact on monetization
Consent Ecosystem: Solid familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) and privacy standards like TCF v2.2+
Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Agile: Thrive in autonomous, fast-moving, and cross-functional environments
