Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of onboarding initiatives within the Life Insurance & Annuities domain
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive successful project execution
  • Manage delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Oversee integration efforts, solution design, and compliance with industry standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between client executives, delivery teams, and technology leaders
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in delivery management, reporting, and governance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership, preferably in the Life Insurance & Annuities industry (not Property & Casualty)
  • Strong background managing complex onboarding or transformation projects in the insurance domain
  • Hands-on knowledge of ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Processing) platforms
  • Familiarity with ACORD standards and their application in life insurance systems
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide architecture and solution decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
