Job Responsibility:

Create, edit, and manage high-quality technical content for diverse platforms (blogs, websites, whitepapers, manuals, etc.)
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate information
Develop and maintain content style guides and standards
Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all content
Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Optimise content for SEO and user engagement
Mentor and guide junior writers to improve their skills and output

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or related field
5+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research skills to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly
Familiarity with content management systems and keyword research tools
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools
Experience with SEO best practices
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
5+ years of experience (Only IT Industry)
