Job Description:

The Senior Tech Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The role involves data modelling, mapping, SQL proficiency, and working with stakeholders to create business and function requirements. Responsibilities also include user training, validation testing, and interface development.

Job Responsibility:

Create Business and Function Requirements
Data Modelling, Mapping
Data Mining and Transformation
SQL Proficiency
Work closely with IT, PM and Operations partners
Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API
Work with Data Providers Vendors (Internal & External)
Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements
Work with Stakeholders
Documentation and User Training

Requirements:

Working with Clients and capture Business Requirement
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
SQL Proficiency
Data Modelling, Mapping
Experience developing Interfaces
Validation and Testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations
Understanding of Data Vendor/Data Source Hierarchy for Golden Copy
Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail

Nice to have:

Domain knowledge preferred
