Job Description:

Our client is on the hunt for a professional Senior Team Leader to support the executive leadership team in Twickenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of operations while contributing to the smooth running of the European offices! As a Senior Team leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team. Your responsibilities will blend high-level support with essential office management and travel coordination across Europe. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, organising and booking travel and accommodation, coordinating meetings, and overseeing inboxes
  • Prepare, edit, and organise various documents, including reports and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, from board meetings to leadership offsites, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly handled
  • Take detailed minutes and follow up on action items, which may involve travel to offices across Europe
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and conduct ad hoc research as required
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and coordinate facility needs
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including desk setup and access provisioning
  • Organise company events, team meetings, and social activities
  • Book and manage complex, multi-leg travel itineraries for executives and team members across Europe
  • Coordinate flights, trains, hotels, car rentals, and visa arrangements as needed
  • Maintain a central travel calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Monitor travel budgets, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
  • Act as the point of contact for travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Office Manager, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience managing travel logistics across multiple countries and time zones
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and exercise sound judgement

  • Reading blueprints or job orders for product specifications: dimensions, tolerances, tooling instructions, fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, sequence of operations, and positioning of tools
  • Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues
  • Setup, operate and maintain a variety of machine tools including computer numerical controlled (CNC) tools to perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling, boring, planning, drilling, precision grinding and other operations
  • Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
  • Ensuring that parts are created in a timely manner according to the schedule provided and according to the quality standards of the organization
  • Cross train to learn other types of CNC equipment to have multiple skills
  • Verify dimensions of machined part or tooling using micrometers, verniers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, or other specialized measuring instruments
  • Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor
