Job Responsibility:
You own the strategy and operations of our Acquisition engine - from identifying inventory gaps at scale to effectively converting prospect suppliers
You define and implement a world-class AI-first acquisition workflow, together with our Data Scientists, Sales leadership and our Sales Enablement team
You decide which markets to acquire in and which acquisition channel to assign
You develop a robust funnel management, used both by upstream (lead gen) and downstream processes (forecasting + performance management)
You own the execution of our Sales Scale case, projected to yield a significant impact on our company growth over the next 3 years
Requirements:
You have 7+ years of experience in Operations and Strategy, also managing people
You know how to build a world-class acquisition engine
You are analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
You excel at developing an ambitious strategy that fuels our marketplace growth with new inventory
You can proactively deal with high ambiguity and don’t need to be told what to do or how to do it
