Job Description

The Grocery Specialist portfolio holds significant strategic importance for Deliveroo France. This is attributed to its dynamic nature, the inclusion of a diverse array of partners (such as bakeries, patisseries, butchers, and wine sellers), and the highly competitive market landscape. The Client Partner – Grocery Specialist role is designed to combine strategic partner management, team management, and organisation building. (This role is a 11 months Fixed Term Contract). As a Client Partner, you will report to the Head of Specialist, Convenience and Sales, part of the New Vertical team. The position is based in Paris. This is a leadership role with direct impact on customer experience, partner satisfaction and team development across France.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in commercial, client partnership, or account management roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios
  • Demonstrated success leading a team in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace businesses preferred
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding)
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to run deep and structured data-driven analysis
