Job Description

As the Senior Team Administrator / Office Manager, you will be the glue that holds everything together! Your role will encompass managing day-to-day office operations and creating an inviting atmosphere that makes visitors feel welcome. You will ensure that the office environment is not only professional but also a space where everyone feels comfortable and productive. Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external office-related queries
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome
  • Manage office deliveries and collections
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines, acting as a Fire Marshall and First Aider
  • Oversee supplies such as stationery, tea, coffee, and fruit
  • Liaise with office suppliers to maintain smooth operations
  • Set up meeting rooms with all necessary materials and refreshments
  • Provide admin support and diary management for Executive Board members, including expense management and travel bookings
  • Organise engaging office social events
  • Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the building, coordinating with contractors
  • Manage kitchen supplies and cleanliness
  • Keep the Office Handbook updated
  • Conduct regular safety checks (PAT, fire alarm, and intruder alarm testing)
