Design, maintain and enhance the global transfer pricing framework in line with the Group’s overall tax strategy and risk appetite
Partner with business leaders to align TP outcomes with the value chain, functional profile changes, and business transformations
Own the global TP documentation process (e.g., Master File, Local Files) and ensure consistent narratives, benchmarking, and defensible support
Design, review, and maintain arm’s‑length pricing for intercompany financing arrangements (intercompany loans, cash pooling, guarantees, and other financial transactions)
Ensure practical implementation of TP policies in ERP/accounting systems and intercompany invoicing processes
Develop and maintain scalable tools/templates for margin monitoring, benchmarking refreshes, and TP controls
Proactively identify and manage transfer pricing risk, including permanent establishment risk, withholding tax leakage, and intercompany agreement gaps
Manage TP and tax audits, tax authority enquiries and controversy matters, including information requests, negotiations, and settlement strategies
Support development and execution of APAs and MAPs where applicable
Monitor and assess the tax impact of business decisions, restructurings, and M&A transactions
Track and interpret tax law developments and assess their impact on the organization
Coordinate with external advisors and local finance/tax teams to meet TP filing deadlines and local requirements
Support tax reporting processes where relevant (e.g., TP reserves/uncertain tax positions, disclosures, internal tax risk reporting)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or Tax
advanced tax qualification strongly preferred
At least 10 years of professional experience in tax and transfer pricing, ideally in an international inhouse environment
In-depth knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax principles
Ability to understand business drivers, connect tax and transfer pricing decisions to commercial outcomes, and communicate to non-tax stakeholders and senior management
Results‑driven and innovative mindset, ability to leveraging strong technical expertise to deliver pragmatic, value‑adding outcomes for the business
Works effectively across geographies and functions in a multicultural setting
Nice to have
good knowledge of VAT/Indirect taxes and tax accounting
experience with automation/efficiency improvement processes/S4Hana tax implementation
