Senior Tax Manager

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
• build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for financial and tax matters
• supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their development
• conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to address complex financial scenarios
• review and approve tax returns, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements
• collaborate with clients to explain intricate financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner
• utilize accounting software and tools to streamline tax preparation and reporting processes
• stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant
• assist clients with specialized services, such as entity formation and compliance consulting
• contribute to the development and implementation of efficient tax workflows and procedures.

• Active CPA license is required
• proven expertise in managing client relationships and overseeing multiple tax engagements
• strong background in project management and team supervision
• exceptional analytical, research, and communication abilities
• ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge
• experience in farm taxation is a plus but not mandatory
• commitment to staying current with tax laws and industry best practices.
