Job Responsibility

Drive the functional analysis and design of Barclays’ global, in-house equity derivatives trade capture and lifecycle processing system
Oversee product onboarding, workflow, feature enhancement, inter-system messaging, and regulatory change
Work within a global team of business analysts and with users from EMEA, AMER and APAC, to define functionality needed to support trade capture and lifecycle processing of equity derivative products
Work with trading and middle office users globally to drive the synergy between Risk Management and Trade Capture systems and ensure that requirements are aligned front to back
Produce highly detailed functional specification documentation, aligned with the system functional architecture
On-board new products to the system, add feature enhancements, and integrate with other Barclays IT systems to provide front-to-back straight through processing and enhancing the system to comply with regulatory change
