Job Responsibility

Provide empathetic, highly professional reception support to clients, visitors, and external stakeholders (such as courts and legal firms)
Manage electronic appointment diaries, client reminders, room allocations, and text message updates
Register new clients using electronic records systems (CME/Objective), perform high-accuracy data entry, and handle incoming correspondence
Support duty doctors with prescription workflows, manage stationery orders, and assist with confidential Needle Syringe Program data collection
