Job Description

As the North America (NA) Senior Tax Manager, you will join the global Group Tax function as the regional lead and a vital business partner for our North American operations. In this senior role, you will hold regional ownership over all tax matters, driving tax optimization, ensuring robust tax risk management, and embedding strong tax governance aligned with our overarching Group Tax Strategy. Reporting directly to the UK-based Head of Group Tax, you will collaborate extensively with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations, as well as external advisors. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping the regional tax landscape, leading system implementations, and ensuring our scalable growth across a dynamic global mobility platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive effective tax rate (ETR) optimization for North America
  • Provide proactive tax input into business model changes, new products, and commercial initiatives
  • Lead tax analysis and structuring related to strategic projects, geographical expansion and changes to the operating model
  • Act as tax lead for system implementations and automation initiatives
  • Partner with Treasury and Group Tax on matters relating to financing structures, intercompany transactions and cash flows
  • Own tax risk management for North America across all taxes
  • Lead the management of tax audits, inquiries and disputes in the region
  • Ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place to mitigate risks
  • Monitor and assess tax risks arising from new business models, regulatory changes and geographical expansion
  • Ensure audit and exit readiness
  • Own and implement the Group's Tax Governance Framework in North America
  • Own the end-to-end corporate income tax position for North America
  • Lead the application of the Group's Transfer Pricing framework in the region
  • Ensure effective indirect tax governance
  • Act as the regional counterpart to Group Tax leadership
  • Work closely with Local Accounting and Group Consolidation
