Job Description:

The Senior Tax Accountant role assists the Head of Tax with all aspects of tax compliance and reporting, including preparation of tax calculations, reports, journal entries, reconciliation of tax accounts, and documentation of transfer pricing. The role is a 6-month contract and offers competitive remuneration with flexible working arrangements.

Job Responsibility:

Day to day compliance and tax reporting obligations of the entity and its subsidiaries
Preparation of tax calculations and provisions, reporting and payment of all taxation liabilities to internal and external tax authorities
Monthly preparation of various returns and lodgement with tax and revenue authorities
Preparation and processing of tax journals and monthly reconciliation of tax accounts
Tax analysis of certain sensitive accounts for reporting purposes
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation including Country by Country Reporting

Requirements:

CPA/CA/CTA qualified is required
Minimum 3 to 4 years + taxation experience in a CA firm or corporate environment
Strong technical skills, with ability to lead and drive work through to completion autonomously
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
