We’re partnering with a growing organisation looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to join on an initial 3-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality hiring across both technical and non-technical teams during a period of growth. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Partnering with hiring managers to deliver mid-to-senior hires across technical and business functions
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and candidate experience
Proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent pipelines
Advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practice
Supporting inclusive hiring initiatives and improving hiring processes
Requirements:
Proven experience hiring mid-to-senior talent across both technical and non-technical roles
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
A proactive, delivery-driven approach with the ability to work at pace
Experience in building inclusive and diverse talent pipelines
Comfortable operating in a contract or project-based environment
