Job Description:

The Senior Talent Sourcer on SharkNinja’s Talent Access Team is a strategic individual contributor who owns complex, high-impact talent pipelines across Engineering, Product Development, Creative, and Corporate functions. This role goes beyond execution — you will shape sourcing strategy, influence hiring decisions with market intelligence, and elevate how SharkNinja attracts extraordinary talent in highly competitive markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex, niche, and high-priority roles across technical, creative, and corporate functions
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing approaches using CRM platforms, AI-driven tools, talent intelligence, and advanced search techniques
  • Build, scale, and maintain long-term talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
  • Create and optimize personalized, multi-step outreach campaigns that convert passive talent in competitive markets
  • Act as a strategic partner to Talent Access Partners and hiring leaders, advising on talent availability, competitive landscapes, and attraction risks
  • Use data, market insights, and campaign performance metrics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and influence hiring outcomes
  • Proactively identify and escalate attraction challenges, offering clear, data-backed recommendations and alternative solutions
  • Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene, segmentation, and reporting standards

  • Mentor and support junior sourcers, sharing best practices in sourcing strategy, messaging, tooling, and market intelligence

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill technical, creative, or specialized corporate roles
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, AI-powered sourcing tools, and multi-channel search platforms
  • Expert-level capability in Boolean search, targeted talent mapping, and engagement sequencing
  • Strong talent market acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence interpreting sourcing metrics, conversion trends, and market signals
