Job Description:

Join the Talent Acquisition team, a dynamic group responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies globally. Partner with Talent Acquisition Delivery teams to source professionals across various business units, including Financial Services, Advice & Services, Technology, and leadership roles. This role utilizes advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and data analysis to build a robust pipeline of top talent for TD.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies
source, qualify, and present candidates
build and maintain relationships with prospects
manage applicant tracking systems
ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity Programs
build a network of top talent
gain market intelligence
present data and market insights
proactively communicate with recruiters and hiring managers

Requirements:

4+ years of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance, or Technology roles
Proven experience using various sourcing methodologies (social networking, talent sourcing tools, job boards)
Expertise in data analysis and presentation
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean search strings
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and French is required
Post-secondary education
CHRP designation is a plus
Experience in banking, tech/corporate roles, and agency settings are considered assets
