Job Description:

Senior Talent & Performance Management Consultant role in the Performance Management Center of Excellence team at Wells Fargo, focused on designing and delivering a cohesive, end-to-end performance management program to mitigate bias and risk while empowering employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, execute, and support end-to-end performance management design and timeline
  • Collaborate with product partners to design, test and execute products and reports
  • Drive engagement, enhancements, and execution of the enterprise office title nomination process
  • Analyze issues by synthesizing complex data
  • Support and inform strategic reporting needs and dashboard insights
  • Create and design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
  • Translate business needs into requirements
  • Partner with Governance, Product, People Analytics, Operations + Engagement teams
  • Build cross-functional relationships across Talent, Learning, Employee Relations, and HR

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Workday product experience
  • Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale complex programs
  • Strong change management skills, technology proficiency, systems analysis/thinking, technical mindset, and quality orientation
  • Strategic perspective and thought leadership in talent + performance management and/or leadership development
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to create and present materials for executive leaders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with multiple stakeholders across HR

Nice to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, human resources, talent + performance management, leadership development, corporate strategy, or organizational effectiveness
  • Experience working in large, complex, global organizations, preferably in a regulated industry
