Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for a variety of roles within a fast-paced tech company
Deep expertise in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and ability to effectively communicate with and evaluate candidates for roles like Software Engineer, Engineering Manager or Product Manager
Exceptional sourcing skills, resourceful and creative in finding talent beyond traditional job boards and have a strong network within the Lisbon tech community

Job Responsibility

Own the full recruitment lifecycle: Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, guiding them through the entire hiring process from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating and closing offers
Focus on attracting top technical talent: You will be the primary recruiter for our engineering and product teams in Lisbon, with a keen understanding of the local tech talent market and the ability to find and engage with passive candidates
Source and pipeline a diverse pool of candidates: Get creative with your sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier tech professionals. You'll build and nurture pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, leveraging platforms beyond LinkedIn
