PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon, Portugal, to join our dynamic, customer-focused Talent & Culture Team. As a Talent Partner, you will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and collaborate with hiring managers across multiple departments to drive and execute recruitment strategies. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to PagerDuty's growth by identifying and hiring top-tier talent, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality placements from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with departmental and company-wide hiring needs
Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and techniques
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential candidates for current and future roles
Continuously track and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire
Act as an ambassador for the company's brand, promoting a positive image to candidates and the external community
Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong experience with sourcing and networking techniques, including Boolean search, job boards, social media, referrals, and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Experience in technical and cross-functional full-cycle recruiting with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions across different departments, locations, and functions
Nice to have:
Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Experience in full-cycle multi-country recruiting in GTM roles
