Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a high-value creator roster, maximising talent positioning and earning potential
  • Build and sustain high-value brand and commercial partnerships, leading negotiations at a senior level
  • Drive revenue performance across the roster, identifying new income streams and market opportunities
  • Develop long-term partnership strategies that extend reach across international markets
  • Lead the strategic direction and commercial growth of the creator talent function
  • Create and oversee tailored career and content strategies for top-tier talent
