Job Description:

As a Senior Talent Specialist in the Performance Enablement team you will contribute to a comprehensive performance enablement program aimed at assessing and accelerating performance across Atlassian. You’ll maintain a deep understanding of enterprise talent needs, and drive the strategy, design, and execution of tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and nurture collaborative and productive relationships with peers, partners, and stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise performance enablement needs within the area of focus you are responsible for
  • In close partnership with the business, drive the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide solutions (ex. performance management, competency models, employee enablement) that effectively meet the needs of the business
  • Support the development of new features in Atlassian’s internally built performance management tool in close collaboration with the engineering team
  • In partnership with the communications and change management team, drive updates and improvements to enablement resources and materials
  • Establish success measures, leverage data and feedback to gauge the impact of your efforts, and hold yourself accountable to achieving results
  • Stay at the forefront of talent and performance management trends, applying best practices to inform strategy and program design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in the talent field with proven expertise in building, scaling, and refining impactful programs, products, processes, and frameworks
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing end-to-end talent solutions that align with business objectives and add measurable value
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate live training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences both in person and virtually
  • Experience designing effective e-learning solutions using instructional design software like Articulate 360
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in translating complex business needs into effective talent development solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships at every organizational level
  • Proficient in program management, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Skilled at effectively communicating and navigating change, ensuring talent development initiatives align with evolving business strategies and facilitate seamless transitions
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted and productive working relationships with partners and stakeholders of all levels across the business
  • Demonstrated interest in using innovative approaches, including AI tools, to improve the effectiveness of the team and talent solutions we create
