Job Description

The Talent Development Partner exists to help our leaders lead well in this reality. The focus is on building practical leadership capability, coaching, feedback, clarity, accountability, decision-making and prioritisation - while navigating different cultures, ways of working and levels of leadership maturity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, can adapt their approach across countries and cultures, and knows how to turn leadership theory into tools that actually get used.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the day-to-day leadership development partner for managers and senior leaders across myPOS, working closely with leaders in different countries and acquired teams
  • Diagnose leadership capability needs using business priorities, OKRs and people insights, and turn these into focused development actions
  • Design, build and deliver leadership and manager development programmes end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on practical application back in role
  • Create high-quality leadership content and assets, including leader toolkits, manager playbooks, session materials, and facilitation guides
  • Facilitate leadership and manager sessions (virtual and in-person), confidently managing group dynamics and adapting style to different cultures and leadership populations
  • Build leaders’ and managers’ capability in core performance practices, and in developing others, including goal-setting and execution (OKRs), clarity of roles and priorities, effective feedback, coaching, accountability, and the delivery of high-quality quarterly performance conversations
  • Support leaders through key moments such as first-time management, rapid scaling, organisational change, integrations of acquired teams, and performance challenges
  • Coach leaders 1:1 and in leadership teams to drive observable behaviour change and business outcomes, embedding the myPOS leadership principles and behaviours, ensuring leaders consistently lead the myPOS way
  • Design and facilitate leadership forums, talent discussions and working sessions to strengthen alignment and decision-making
  • Partner with HR and the Talent Development Manager to enable consistent adoption of leadership, performance and development practices across markets
  • Set clear success measures for programmes and use feedback and insight to continuously improve content, quality and pace
  • Drive the continuous optimisation of the myPOS learning ecosystem, led through Sana Learn and LinkedIn Learning, including platform structure, content curation and development, learner experience and insights

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or manager development in an international, fast-paced organisation
  • Comfortable working across cultures, countries and different leadership styles, including post-acquisition environments
  • A confident, credible facilitator who can lead senior rooms and challenge leaders constructively
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, able to turn complex leadership concepts into simple, practical tools
  • Comfortable coaching leaders who are capable but still developing their leadership maturity
  • Able to operate with pace and autonomy, while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Pragmatic, commercially minded and focused on real impact rather than theory

What we offer

  • Annual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonuses
  • myPOS Academy for upskilling and training
  • Unlimited access to courses on LinkedIn Learning
  • Annual individual training and development budget
  • Refer a friend bonus
  • Teambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi-national level
  • Excellent compensation package
  • 25 days annual paid leave (+1 day per year up to 30)
  • Full “Luxury” package health insurance including dental care and optical glasses
  • Meal vouchers of 102.26 EUR per month
  • Fully covered Multisport card
  • Free coffee, snacks and drinks at the office
