Job Description

The Senior Talent Advisor role is an essential business role at Randstad Sourceright (RSR). There is an increased client need for Talent Advisors to deliver strategic value across our clients. Implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Forming a clear picture of where the client’s organization is, what the challenges are and what the future state will look like
  • Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources and sharing with client and internal team
  • Building and analyzing market knowledge, tooling and methods
  • Bringing internal insights and external market insights together to craft the Talent strategies with the clients
  • Optimizing a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and to align with the priorities of the clients strategy
  • Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas
  • Independently cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Senior Leaders, Department Heads and HR Directors
  • Being a strategic advisor and developing strong relationships to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges
  • Leading conversations with clients, diagnosing problems, giving advice and developing solutions with support of Senior/Principal Talent Advisor colleagues and internal subject matter experts
  • Responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable Talent strategy for our clients
  • Connecting client stakeholders with subject matter experts from RSR for complex issues and creating business opportunities
  • Steering and monitoring KPI's and SLA's (escalation management) together with the Principal Talent Advisor/manager and challenging stakeholders based on in-depth analysis of data
  • Building a culture of Talent Advisory within the client organization and leading our global Talent Advisor community
  • Partnering with the Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors globally to drive an excellent candidate experience
  • Learning from Principal Talent advisor to mentor Associate talent advisors in the team based on the leadership framework
  • Being a counselor for the talent advisor team and for RSR colleagues
  • Onboarding and training new colleagues
  • Utilization of ATS ensuring compliance and program standards are met
  • Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft client’s Talent Advisory strategy
  • Managing systems under assigned business functions, ensuring compliance with program standards
  • Navigating a wide variety of Talent Advisor processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and highlighting key findings
  • Monitoring regular performance scorecards to ensure all SLAs and KPIs
  • Responsible for screening shortlisted candidates where appropriate

Requirements

  • Relevant senior experience in a similar advisor role in a global organization
  • Stakeholder management and client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent Advisor strategies
  • Gathering market insights, analyzing and creating market reports
  • Proven track record of innovative client solutions in RPO/MSP and creating business opportunities
  • Project management, process implementation and improvement
  • Extensive knowledge in RPO and/or MSP globally in multiple industries and sectors globally
  • Up to date with the latest Talent Advisor trends in the market, innovative tooling and methods
  • Employer branding and employer value proposition creation
  • Traveling (regional and global) could be part of your role
