The Senior Talent Advisor (MSP Consultant) will be responsible for delivering a premium end to end client experience to our client with their contingent / temporary and contract sourcing needs. Supporting the business with the correct expertise and skills, by collaborating with their clients, stakeholders and colleagues. Handling complex issues which require in-depth knowledge of the systems, processes and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility
Proactively sourcing to fulfill business resourcing requests for contractors for an exciting automotive client
supporting the business in their staffing needs by managing the supply base, and liaising with the suppliers effectively managing a high volume of requisitions whilst managing stakeholder expectations
Act as the market expert knowledgeable on rates and profile availability within your assigned business units, advising the clients stakeholders as to the best outcome for their requests
Act as a change agent, supporting your stakeholders throughout the implementation of this new MSP service
providing guidance to suppliers and managers regarding program guidelines, contingent labour policies and compliance requirements
ensuring processes are followed by complying with the workforce compliance and governance requirements of the Managed Service Program
Hold regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to update them on performance metrics such as fulfillment rate, time to fill, cost savings and market trends
performs standard and non-routine administrative tasks, handling the maintenance of administrative responsibilities
answering customer queries and escalating any issues
providing general customer support and update the relevant customer records
Benchmarking of rates using our analytics tools and through the network of suppliers
effectively managing and utilising the VMS system (beeline) as well as, the clients HRIS and our in-house reporting and analytics tools
effective process and administration management of the system with regards to order approval & supplier management, ensuring all data is up to date
Requirements
3-5 years of experience working in an MSP environment sourcing contingent workers
3-5 years of experience in a customer facing position, preferably in the staffing industry mainly sourcing contingent workers
possess excellent process management and organisational skills
used to negotiating rates with a specialized supply base
effective and clear communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills
project management skills
affinity for reporting, and a confident user of Excel
great organisational skills (handling a lot of administration)
