Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from request to hire
  • Collaborate with departments to define candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Build and maintain a candidate database
  • Arrange and participate in interviews, advising Hiring Managers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, including minimum 1 year recruiting for positions requiring Japanese language skills
  • Good conversational English skills (for meetings with expats, etc.)
  • Proficient in using digital social networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, other professional platforms) for sourcing and approaching candidates
  • Proficient in various interview techniques and assessment methods
  • Familiar with social media platforms and common candidate channels
  • Capable of building strong networks with Hiring Managers, potential candidates, and industry professionals
