Job Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Fever involves sourcing top-tier candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and driving decisions through data and reporting. Job Responsibility:

Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
Provide a world-class candidate experience
Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

+4 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
C1 or Native English level, other languages are a plus
Experience working with ATS systems
A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations
Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.

Nice to have:
