Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
  • A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
  • C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations
  • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
