Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of a requisition from start to finish
Negotiating complex offers
Manage multiple job requisitions at once
Conducting phone screens and sourcing passive candidates
Scheduling candidates for interviews
Help a business find the best people
Take candidates on the company journey in an engaging manner
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above
3+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
End-to-End recruitment process management experience is preferred
Experience of working in fast growing and complex organization is highly preferred
Demonstrable experience in influencing and driving towards results
Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Good communication skills on written and verbal bilingual capability (English and Chinese)
