Job Description:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, join a supportive recruitment team where you will identify and hire candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria. This includes full-cycle recruitment for IT & Tech profiles, employer branding, and offering market insights to the business.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, recruiting across different IT & Tech profiles (such as Data & AI, SAP) based on urgencies and business priorities
Source proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
Present clear and detailed candidate reports
Take part in employer branding and process improvement initiatives when relevant
Provide the business with trends, market information, and other data within the target groups to be recruited
Attend job fairs together with HR colleagues

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or at a recruitment agency, preferably in IT recruitment
Naturally structured, curious, and enjoy digging deeper into CVs and interviews
Comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, often with technical backgrounds
Fluent in Dutch/French and English
Flexible and able to work from the office in Diegem
General interest in IT or technological innovation
Prior experience with ATS systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
