We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and support Plum’s ambitious global growth. As a key member of our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, shape the candidate experience, and contribute to Plum’s employer brand. You will have the autonomy to lead searches for critical leadership positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the broader People team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high impactful roles across the organization, from sourcing through to offer stage
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-caliber senior candidates
Track and report on recruitment performance and pipeline health, leveraging data to inform decisions and continuously improve processes
Partner closely with the Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices for senior-level talent acquisition
Collaborate with the wider Talent and People teams on initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, and process enhancements
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for Plum’s culture and values at every stage
Requirements:
4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with proven success in leadership or senior-level hiring
Experience across engineering and product hiring, with strong market insight
Ability to independently manage multiple complex searches and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
Strong judgment in evaluating leadership talent and understanding what constitutes high performance in a product-led, growth-oriented company
Collaborative, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership
