As a key recruitment partner, you will drive business growth by securing top-tier talent and providing expert advisory to retail leaders. Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse contract types, from permanent positions to seasonal and internship roles. Develop and implement effective store-level talent attraction strategies, including employer branding and networking initiatives. Provide strategic hiring recommendations and market intelligence to senior business leaders and regional partners. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support internal succession planning and long-term business needs. Utilise recruitment analytics to track performance metrics, including hiring speed, cost-effectiveness, and sourcing quality.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Competency in using data to drive solutions and experience with Workday is an added advantage
