Provide strategic hiring recommendations and market intelligence to senior business leaders and regional partners. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support internal succession planning and long-term business needs. Utilise recruitment analytics to track performance metrics, including hiring speed, cost-effectiveness, and sourcing quality.

Requirements:
Proven recruitment experience within a multinational environment, specifically focusing on frontline or high-volume hiring
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Competency in using data to drive solutions and experience with Workday is an added advantage
