As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the responsibility of end-to-end recruitment project management. You will play the key role in partnering with our Line Managers to bring best talents to the organization through shaping recruitment strategy and selecting candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Become an owner of all recruitment and selection steps, partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders, to find the right candidates on time and according to our high standards (time, quality)
You will be responsible for budgeting and planning for the recruitment plans
You will use all available recruitment channels and sourcing options to identify the best candidates, proactively or reactively
We count on you to deliver excellent customer service and results, balancing customer focus and process requirements
You will use properly all systems to ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
You will identify, engage, and lead changes where improvement opportunities are visible
You will establish excellent relationships with Hiring Managers in all functions and the organization
You will establish and enhance professional connections and relationships with peers in other companies and industries
constantly interested in best practices and new initiatives, concepts and tools on the market
You will be expected to innovate beyond the obvious improvement opportunities to create best recruitment experience for candidates and managers
Requirements:
Passionate and enthusiastic professional with 5+ years of recruitment experience
Performance driven and accountable: has high standards and a constant drive for results
Innovative thinking – on the lookout for simplification and innovative ways of working, experiments and adapts
Excellent relationship building skills
Organized and structured approach to work
Act as owner, ready to take the lead if necessary
Can skillfully use technology (MS Office, online platforms, ATS systems)
Fluent command of English, both verbal and written
