Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the responsibility of end-to-end recruitment project management. You will play the key role in partnering with our Line Managers to bring best talents to the organization through shaping recruitment strategy and selecting candidates.

Job Responsibility

  • Become an owner of all recruitment and selection steps, partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders, to find the right candidates on time and according to our high standards (time, quality)
  • You will be responsible for budgeting and planning for the recruitment plans
  • You will use all available recruitment channels and sourcing options to identify the best candidates, proactively or reactively
  • We count on you to deliver excellent customer service and results, balancing customer focus and process requirements
  • You will use properly all systems to ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
  • You will identify, engage, and lead changes where improvement opportunities are visible
  • You will establish excellent relationships with Hiring Managers in all functions and the organization
  • You will establish and enhance professional connections and relationships with peers in other companies and industries
  • constantly interested in best practices and new initiatives, concepts and tools on the market
  • You will be expected to innovate beyond the obvious improvement opportunities to create best recruitment experience for candidates and managers
