Job Description:

Senior Talent Partner responsible for recruiting for Go-to-Market teams across US & EMEA. Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand hiring needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and hire top-tier talent. Hands-on role managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own entire recruitment process ensuring seamless candidate experience
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements
  • Proactively source passive candidates through various channels
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies
  • Champion exceptional candidate experience with timely communication
  • Maintain strong data hygiene within Applicant Tracking System
  • Collaborate with People team on employer branding and onboarding projects
  • Drive AI-powered recruiting using artificial intelligence and automation tools

Requirements:

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting with successful track record of hiring for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
  • Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and hunter mentality
  • Expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques including company and candidate-based research
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust and influence senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
  • Impeccable organizational and administrative skills with keen eye for detail
  • Collaborative team-player attitude with ability to operate with high degree of autonomy
  • Comfortable working autonomously in remote setting

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a company that scaled from ~300 to 500+ employees
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms
  • Cyber security knowledge and experience
